Mudit Finlease Ltd has informed that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on June 11, 2007, for appointing M/s. Ahuja Arora & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi as Auditors of the Company as per the provisions of Section 224 of the Companies, Act 1956 to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms and conditions.
