Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:1. Approving annual accounts and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2006-07.2. Taking on record Audited Financial Results / Consolidated Financial Results for 2006-07; and3. Recommending dividend, if any.
