Ishwar Bhuvan Hotels Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has decided the following:
1. Appointed Mr. Pushpendra R Bansal, Mrs. Sangita Bansal and Mr. Mohinder Sharma, Mrs. Poonam Sharma as Additional Directors of the Company.
2. Appointed unanimously Mr. Mohinder Sharma as Chairman of the Company.
3. Appointed unanimously Mr. Pushpendra Bansal as Executive Director of the Company.
4. Accepted resignation of Mr. Ishwarlal Barot, Mr. Rajnikant Barot and Mr. Kamlesh Barot as Directors of the Company.
5. Accepted resignation of Mr. Pankaj Barot as Director and Managing Director of the Company.
6. Approved the transfer of shares and control to Acquirers.
