ICICI Bank fixes Book Closure

ICICI Bank Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 16, 2007 to July 14, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 21, 2007.Further the Bank has informed that, Dividend if declared by the Members at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after July 23, 2007.
