i-flex Solutions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 01, 2007, has appointed following persons as Additional Directors:1. Mr. Derek Williams, Mr. R Ravisankar, Mr. Deepak Ghaisas and Mr. N R K Raman.2. Mr. N R K Raman is appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.3. Mr. Rajesh Hukku ceases to be the Managing Director of the Company and continues as non-executive Chairman of the Company.Mr. Makarand Padalkar is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
