Hitech Plast Board recommends dividend

Hitech Plast Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 8% (Rs 0.80 per share) on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
