Godavari Fertilisers - Appointment of Directors

Godavari Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2007, has appointed Mr. V Ravichandran as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. May 08, 2007 to May 07, 2010.Further the Company has informed that, the Board has also appointed Mr. N Srinivasan as a Director of the Company.
