Gayatri Projects - EGM Postponed
With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 28, 2007 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Gayatri Projects Ltd has informed that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) proposed to be held on May 28, 2007 stands postponed sine die and the same will be intimated in due course.
