Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 13, 2007 to June 14, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of stock split, payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 14, 2007.
