Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2007, has decided the following:1. Mr. Naresh Patni has resigned from the Directorship of the Company due to his pre - occupation. His resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors.2. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Nanoo Pamnani as a Director of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Naresh Patni. The Board also appointed Mr. Nanoo Pamnani as the Vice-Chairman of the Company.
