Unipon India - Outcome of Board Meeting

Unipon India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007 has decided to pass and also to obtain consent of Shareholders for the proposed resolution under Section 293(1)(a) and other applicable Provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors has also decided to obtain the said consent of the Shareholders of the Company by passing the said resolution through Postal Ballot in accordance with the provision of Section 192A and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, and the rules made there under.
