Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007.2. To consolidate the existing shares of the Company of Rs 1/- each into Rs 10/- each.3. To call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company.4. To decide about the issue of shares to select group on preferential basis.
