Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd (VSNL) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2007, to consider financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend for the year 2006-07, if any.
