Galaxy Consolidated Finance Ltd has informed that the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial yea ended March 31, 2007, would be approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and published within three months from the close of the financial year 2006-2007, i.e. within June 30, 2007 in view of the aforesaid, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007 are not published.
